Our services
We provide digital services including AI automation, AI development, custom software development, web design and development, digital marketing, and consulting. The specifics of any engagement (scope, deliverables, timeline, and price) are defined in the written proposal or agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.
Quotes and payment
- Prices shown on this website are transparent starting points for typical scope. Your binding price is the fixed quote you receive after we understand your project.
- Projects normally begin after an agreed deposit, with the balance due per the project agreement. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be paused or cancelled for the following month with written notice.
- Late payments may pause work until the account is current.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on timely input. You agree to provide the content, access, approvals, and feedback a project needs within reasonable timeframes, and you confirm that materials you supply do not infringe anyone's rights.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, the deliverables created for you belong to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how used to build them, and we may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment processors, AI providers, plugins, and similar). Those services have their own terms and pricing, which you accept when we deploy them on your behalf. We are not responsible for changes third parties make to their services.
Warranties and liability
We build carefully and stand behind our work, fixing defects in delivered work reported within a reasonable period at no charge. Beyond that, the website and our services are provided without implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.
